I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The rooms in the new building were clean, facing the mountains and fields, with lovely furniture and complimentary high-speed internet access, meeting a high standard. The service was outstanding, with smiling and helpful staff available 24/7 for any assistance. The location was very nice, even though I couldn't swim, being perfect for me on the outskirts of Drama, just 3km outside the city center. The dining experience, although sufficient, had room for improvement, with a broken coffee machine limiting beverage options. The facilities were great and overall, my experience was memorable.
